OMMA MATCHA, 40g tin

Ceremonial grade. Grown on a small family farm in Miyazaki, milled in Shizuoka. 

Sourced from a family-run farm in Miyazaki Prefecture, our matcha is made from the first flush of Okumidori leaves—carefully cultivated with deep respect for the land. Tencha is then traditionally milled in Shizuoka, one of Japan’s most historic tea-growing regions.

OMMA HOJICHA, 60g pouch

Our Hōjicha is made from autumn-harvested sencha leaves grown by a young, passionate farmer in Makinohara, Shizuoka. These mature leaves are thicker than spring harvests, making them perfect for slow roasting. This method gently draws out deep aromas of caramel and dark chocolate without burning the leaf.
