Crafted from the renowned Okumidori cultivar, it delivers a naturally sweet profile with a gentle umami and a vibrant deep green color. What sets it apart is our secret tencha roasting technique, creating a unique depth of flavor no other Okumidori matcha can replicate. This is matcha at its most distinctive – rich, refined, and truly one of a kind.

Recommended use:

Due to it’s high price and exclusivity we only recommend using it for pure matcha drinks, priced similarly to specialty filter coffee. Recommended Drink Price - 7.5-9.5 eur

Perfect Pure Matcha Recipe

Use 2.5 grams of matcha, add 10grams of water, whisk koicha style to create paste, add 50-70ml of water, whisk quickly to create lots of bubbles, drink straight.

Perfect Iced Usucha Matcha Recipe

For 9-12oz cup - Use 3grams of matcha, whisk following the recipe above, add ice to your cup, fill it with water (still or sparkling), pour matcha shot on top
